Failure to do so will breach the legal binding of this contract and after which is required of you to leave the site, account termination will also be incurred. CashLead reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, temporarily or permanently any services offered at any time at its own discretion. The user is also required to use accurate information in the registration process. CashLead Users are prohibited from, uploading pornography or sexual explicit material, upload materials which are copyrighted or otherwise illegal content, downloading files which are uploaded by the user themselves, or use cash incentives to have others download users files, or use any automated service for downloading files, exchanging download links with other affiliate, encourage the use of fake information, upload files which are counterfeit, use email spam for promotion of uploaded files, upload files without the legal right to. CashLead does not endorse or permit content in which contains illegal or obscene material or promotes illegal activity. If such material is found CashLead reserves the right to terminate accounts which have been found to do so. It is your responsibility to check that all your download urls are still functioning. If your download url is found to be broken your account may get suspended. By using CashLead you agree that any information gathered may be giving for a subpoena. CashLead does not endorse the use of spam as means to attain downloads, Users found using automated or no automated spamming techniques will have their accounts terminated.
